02Para qué sirve este sitio
Esta web es informativa. Presenta el olivar, el producto y sus formatos, y permite ponerse en contacto para solicitar información o reservar producto. No se realizan pagos ni se formalizan contratos a través de este sitio. El configurador de pedido únicamente prepara un mensaje que el usuario decide enviar, o no, desde su propia aplicación de WhatsApp.
Los precios que aparecen son orientativos, están expresados en euros con el IVA incluido y no constituyen una oferta vinculante. Cualquier pedido queda sujeto a confirmación de disponibilidad y de las condiciones de envío.
03Sobre la información del producto
Los valores analíticos y el perfil sensorial que aparecen en la web son objetivos de calidad de la cosecha temprana, no el resultado de un análisis de laboratorio concreto. Los datos reales de cada campaña se determinan en laboratorio y se publican en la ficha técnica del lote correspondiente. Los valores varían de una recogida a otra.
Las referencias geográficas al Albaicín, a Granada, a Sierra Nevada o a la Alhambra describen la ubicación del olivar y no constituyen una denominación de origen ni una indicación geográfica protegida. El origen legal del producto se consigna en la etiqueta conforme al Reglamento de Ejecución (UE) n.º 29/2012.
04Propiedad intelectual e industrial
El nombre Lágrimas de Granada, el emblema, los textos, el diseño y el código de esta web pertenecen a su titular o se utilizan con autorización. Queda prohibida su reproducción, distribución o transformación sin permiso escrito.
Parte de las imágenes y de los vídeos que ilustran el sitio son recreaciones generadas por ordenador, mientras no estén disponibles las fotografías definitivas del olivar. Se indica expresamente en el pie de la página de inicio.
05Responsabilidad
El titular procura que la información sea exacta y esté actualizada, pero no garantiza la ausencia de errores ni la disponibilidad ininterrumpida del sitio. No se responsabiliza del contenido de páginas de terceros a las que se pueda acceder mediante enlaces.

02What this site is for
This is an informational website. It presents the grove, the product and its formats, and allows visitors to get in touch to request information or reserve product. No payments are taken and no contracts are concluded through this site. The order configurator only drafts a message that the user then chooses to send, or not, from their own WhatsApp application.
Prices shown are indicative, are stated in euros including VAT, and do not constitute a binding offer. Any order is subject to confirmation of availability and shipping conditions.
03About the product information
The analytical values and the sensory profile shown on this site are quality targets for the early harvest, not the result of a specific laboratory analysis. The real figures for each campaign are determined in a laboratory and published on the technical sheet of the corresponding batch. Values vary from one picking to the next.
References to the Albaicín, Granada, Sierra Nevada or the Alhambra describe the location of the grove and do not constitute a designation of origin or a protected geographical indication. The legal origin of the product is stated on the label in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 29/2012.
04Intellectual and industrial property
The name Lágrimas de Granada, the emblem, the texts, the design and the code of this site belong to its owner or are used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written consent is prohibited.
Some of the images and videos illustrating this site are computer-generated recreations, pending the final photographs of the grove. This is stated explicitly in the footer of the home page.
